The purpose was to make good products available to consumers. Especially meat that you couldn't get at the usual grocery stores. And he also started importing BBQ products from USA.
Daniel is a well-known figure in the Norwegian grill and BBQ community. He has enormous expertise in the area, which he is more than happy to share.
Among other things, he is an ambassador for Traeger Norway and active in several forums where he inspires others.
His passion is cooking, and preferably food prepared on the grill.
